Thank you for visiting and shopping at Perfect Link Tires & Auto. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pick-up. Please note that processing times may be slightly delayed during peak seasonal changes (e.g., winter tire season).
In-Store Pickup (Free) You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Calgary location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Please have your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID with you when you come to collect your tires, batteries, or accessories.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Canada) Due to the size and weight of our products (tires and batteries), shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the total weight of the items. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your products arrive safely.
Note: Some heavy items, such as automotive batteries, may be subject to shipping restrictions or require special handling depending on the carrier.
International Shipping At this time, we only ship within Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Please allow 48 hours for order processing.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@perfectlinktires.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damages and Issues Perfect Link Tires & Auto is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, your safety is our priority. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@perfectlinktires.ca so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
